PIKITE EV — Official Vehicle Rental & Lease Agreement

Operated Under Registered Entity: Fleetgrow Ecorides Private Limited

CIN: U77100DC2026PTC473776

Email: contact@pikiteindia.com

This Agreement (Lease Contract) is executed between Pikite EV (Brand Name), its parent registry company Fleetgrow Ecorides Private Limited (referred to as the “Company”), and the onboarded Rider/Leasee (referred to as the “Rider”).

By completing the digital onboarding submission, using the Draw-to-Sign signature input, or activating the digital eSign trigger, the Rider confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the commercial values, operational rules, asset liabilities, algorithms, and penalty provisions stated in this Agreement.

01. Commercial Pricing & Payment Structure

Non-Refundable Onboarding & Verification Fee

The Rider acknowledges that the onboarding and identity verification fee of ₹500 is completely non-refundable. This amount is collected towards background verification, identity setup, and digital documentation.

Refundable Security Deposit (S.D.)

The ₹1,500 security deposit paid by the Rider will remain secured in the Company’s designated security deposit/escrow wallet. The deposit shall be eligible for refund upon contract closure and vehicle return only if there is no outstanding rent balance and the vehicle is returned in safe, undamaged condition, subject to applicable deductions.

Strict Weekly Advance Rent Rule

Pikite EV operates on an advance weekly rental model. The Rider must clear the rent for the upcoming complete 7-day period before Tuesday midnight (12:00 AM).

As per the applicable system rules, failure to clear the required advance payment may result in the automated blocking of battery-swap access and/or vehicle allocation permissions through the operational dispatch software.

Lock-in Period & Emergency Exit: Pikite EV operates on consolidated 7-day rental blocks. If the Rider surrenders or stops using the vehicle after taking it for two days or at any point during the running weekly block due to an emergency, family reason, or personal difficulty, the rental amount for the ongoing weekly block shall not be refundable. Any unused portion may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable rental terms.

02. Rental Packages Grid & Timings Matrix

The Rider accepts the applicable billing-cycle boundaries and rental charges according to the selected shift configuration and vehicle package.

03. Algorithmic Battery Compliance & Fair-Usage Constraints

10% Deep Discharge Deterrent Penalty

During the vehicle-return checking cycle at the hub, if the Rider’s battery status is found to be 10% or below, the system may record the condition as a deep-discharge violation.

A structural penalty of ₹100 may then be automatically linked to the Rider’s profile ledger and appended to the applicable Tuesday billing cycle.

30% Excessive Swapping / Fair-Usage Rule: If the battery level is between 31% and 100% when the Rider requests a battery swap, the transaction may be recorded as an “Early Swap.”

Such early swaps may be permitted free of charge only once during the applicable day. If the Rider returns again on the same day with a battery level above 30%, the system may generate a “RED ALERT: Fair Usage Exceeded” warning. Depending on the applicable operational rules, the exchange may be blocked or an additional platform surcharge may be applied to the Rider’s ledger.

04. RTO Conditional Validation & Staff Allocation Locks

Mandatory Driver Qualifications Verification

The Rider acknowledges that allocation of a High-Speed RTO Registered vehicle requires a valid and active Driving Licence (DL).

Non-RTO low-speed models may be onboarded without the applicable Driving Licence requirement, subject to the vehicle’s legal classification and applicable law.

System Enforcement Security Lock

Dynamic validation and security rules may apply to the Rider profile. If an onboarding record for a Rider is found to have bypassed the required Driving Licence verification status, the multi-hub dashboard may generate a security block alert for the manager portal.

Hub operators may be restricted from linking an RTO high-speed vehicle registration or plate record to a Rider profile until the required validation has been completed.

05. Breakdown Management & Standby Vehicle Swap Logic

Continuous Fleet Uptime Support

If a mechanical issue, battery malfunction, or other vehicle breakdown occurs during operational deployment, the Rider must report the issue to the relevant hub station and submit the required vehicle verification details.

The yard or hub manager may update the vehicle status in the operational dashboard and mark the vehicle as “Under Repair.”

Zero-Cost Standby Mapping

Subject to vehicle availability and applicable operational criteria, the system may generate a temporary standby vehicle mapping for the Rider from the available fleet pool.

Where a standby vehicle is allocated, the Rider’s running weekly advance rental calculation may continue against the newly allocated vehicle registration/plate record without restarting the applicable rental cycle.

06. Component Security, Anti-Theft & Master Blacklist Pools

Component-Level Hardware Locking

Vehicle inventory records may include unique vehicle, registration, plate, battery, and component identifiers. These identifiers may be linked to the relevant Rider and vehicle records within the Company’s operational system.

If checking or audit parameters indicate an unauthorized component replacement, alteration, or unexplained component movement, the event may be treated as an asset-security violation and investigated accordingly.

Global System-Wide Blacklist

Fraudulent transactions, attempts to bypass weekly rental payments, manipulation of validation parameters, or other material breaches may result in the relevant profile or transaction being flagged within the Company’s cross-hub security and blocklist system.

Such a security flag may result in suspension, blocking of further vehicle allocation, or other operational restrictions, subject to the Company’s verification and applicable law.

07. Legal Jurisdiction & Digital Consent Audit Sign-Off

Governing Law & Competent Court

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any operational dispute, contractual breach, or commercial conflict arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delhi, India, subject to applicable law.

Aadhaar / Identity Validation Consent Authorization

By selecting the applicable digital consent checkbox and completing the onboarding process, the Rider authorizes the Company to conduct identity and driving-licence verification through legally permitted verification mechanisms and authorized systems, subject to applicable law, permissions, and privacy requirements.
