By accessing, browsing, registering on pikiteindia.com, or leveraging our automated fleet management panels, you explicitly agree to accept and be bound by the statutory Terms & Conditions detailed below. Please read these instructions comprehensively before interacting with our infrastructure.

01. User Obligations & Platform Misuse Rules

You are strictly required to provide 100% accurate, validated, and truthful records during all digital transactions, onboarding steps, and profile setups.

Any submission of edited documents, fake profiles, or identity manipulation inside our document vaults will trigger an immediate termination of your platform privileges.

Such behavior will be recorded inside our system-wide Master Blacklist Registry and reported directly to relevant regional law enforcement authorities.

The Platform, design software layouts, core calculators, algorithms, operational logs, branding trademarks, and the text copy are the exclusive Intellectual Property of Fleetgrow Ecorides Private Limited.

Unauthorized extraction, alteration, reproduction, or creation of derivative works from this data is strictly prohibited and subject to applicable civil and criminal penalties under Indian copyright laws.

02. Age & Profile Eligibility Criteria

To interact with our Services, execute dynamic contracts, or apply for vehicle asset deployments, you must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older and possess the absolute legal capacity to enter into legally binding contractual structures under Indian Law.

Accessing our vehicle request modules by any individual under the threshold of 18 years is strictly prohibited, unauthorized, and constitutes a material violation of this agreement.

03. Financial Processing, Pricing & Taxation Clearances

All pricing configurations, vehicle setup fees, refundable deposits, non-refundable onboarding processing surcharges, or lease options listed across our portals are compiled in Indian Rupees (₹).

Final transactional check amounts displayed include the core operational cost plus all applicable government-mandated taxes, statutory levies, and GST additions.

All external settlement lines and subscription clearings are funneled through secure independent channels such as Razorpay.

04. System Verification & Core Operational Service Rules

We provision high-speed and low-speed electric mobility alternatives, structured dynamic time-slice solutions, and corporate leasing setups.

All platform details, unit availability, and packages are subject to modifications based on real-world constraints without prior warning.

By executing our primary digital onboarding registration forms, you explicitly grant your consent and legal authorization to Pikite EV to cross-reference and map your Aadhaar validity and active Driving License (DL) records through government infrastructure platforms such as UIDAI and Parivahan, where legally permitted.

System configurations enforce strict programmatic barriers, such as the mandatory DL input constraint for RTO high-speed scooters, ensuring that riders without fully validated driver credentials cannot be linked to registered asset serial records.

05. The Universal Tuesday Billing Cycle Alignment

Every transaction, running account profile ledger, and calculation sequence is tied directly to our universal Tuesday Midnight Billing Cut-off.

Any dispute, miscalculation inquiry, or structural transaction validation error inside your active billing ledgers must be formally raised and submitted to our grievance support team within a strict window of 7 days from the calculation timestamp.

06. Limitation of Liability Clauses

Under no functional or legal scenario shall Pikite EV, Fleetgrow Ecorides Private Limited, its operational hub managers, directors, or tech support staff be held liable for any indirect, incidental, accidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of your inability to access our 5-page portal or any vehicle platform tools.

The total collective financial liability of the platform for any proven structural service failure or claim shall strictly never exceed the specific net capital fee paid by you for that explicit localized service.

07. Statutory Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are constructed, interpreted, and governed in absolute accordance with the statutory framework of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, legal confrontation, contractual breach conflict, or claim emerging from or linked to this digital framework shall be submitted to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.

All formal litigation proceedings must be processed and recorded in the English language.
